I have spent the last few days contemplating whether or not I was going to post a review. I really wanted to love this location bc it was convenient and close to my home. I usually visit the Herndon/Fowler location and have nothing but amazing experiences there. I scheduled my appointment online, and bc this location was new, I chose to have any available wax technician for my appt. When I arrived at my appt, I waited 15 minutes past my scheduled appt until I was called back for my appt. My regular wax appt typically takes less than 15 minutes. I was on the table for almost 30 minutes. After she completed the wax she commented that there were a few stragglers, and I let her know that was normal and that my other wax technician, who is on leave, normally plucks them with tweezers. However, after two days, I noticed that the hair was growing back, and as the days went on, more hair in other locations started to return. I can go a few weeks without seeing new hair growth when I visit the wax technician I have been seeing for almost a year. I am terribly disappointed with the service I received; while talking with the technician, she informed me she had only been with Europoan Wax Center for a few months. EW should have done better; leaving a barely trained technician to wax clients was a bad business decision. I will return to my original location and wait for my excellent, fantastic wax technician, Lauren, to return from leave.
