Two weeks ago, I had an excellent job done here, so I returned for a fill. A man attended to me and asked if I wanted the same length; I requested them a bit shorter but not much of a difference. Instead of filing them, he used a nail drill, which resulted in them being much shorter than I wanted and with an arch.
Now, all my nails are uneven, the French tip is too thick, and my nails have an arch that doesn’t feel right. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, he was impolite and unprofessional.
This is the best nail salon for acrylics and creative designs out of all of the nail salons I've gone to in the area (and I've been to multiple) because I'm not from the area and have been scoping out nail salons for the last couple years.
The atmosphere is great-- There's always current music playing that really puts you in a good mood, and the nail technicians are very welcoming and friendly. The customer service is great and they will work with you and take their time to make sure you leave the salon loving your nails. The pricing is on the higher end, but it usually is in other salons who are known for long acrylics and phenomenal designs!
I absolutely have to rave about Jay, who is my go to person when it comes to my nails! He's an extremely talented nail artist and whenever I give him design ideas of what I want, he exceeds my expectations or makes them look even better than the pictures I send him!
If you love long acrylics and being extra with your nails, this is the place for you!
