Evan’s Brown Mortuary is a very loving and compassionate place they truly understand the difficulty of losing someone so dear to you. Our funeral arranger Veronica was so kind, loving, and understanding. She helped our family from beginning to end with so much care and compassion. We are very thankful for all they did for our family.

Our experience with Veronica started great on the phone where we scheduled a family meeting to discuss arraignments for our loved one who was in hospice. However, when we arrived for the meeting, there must have been a miscommunication, because we were not on the schedule, and the meeting felt rushed and scattered. Our loved one passed the next day, and we called and let them know. We scheduled the funeral for the next Monday. From that point forward everything was difficult. We couldn't get Veronica on the phone or any answers via email for days. Finally, the Thursday before or scheduled service, after no communication, I called the florist and discovered that our flower order had not even been placed yet. We had been waiting for a catering quote, which we gave up on, because it did not come by Thursday either. The morning OF the service, about 30 minutes before, we still did not have the link for the live stream. Thankfully a director was there to help us. I believe her name was Danette. She made some calls and we finally got the live stream link. Danette saved the day since Veronica was not there until the service was almost over. The service itself was very nice. However, our loved one's obituary was not even on Evans-Brown's website for a few days afterwards, and I had to send 2 emails to get that accomplished. Later, I also noticed that we had 7 flower/plant delivery cards, but only 2 flowers and 2 plants beyond what we as a family picked out.
