On my wedding day the limo arrived with no a/c and then proceeded to tell us we couldn't even roll the window down. Keep in mind this was in June during a heatwave. I had no choice to get in the old beat up limo and melt en route to my wedding. I was so hot I was panicking in my large dress and couldn't calm or cool down for hours. It was a disaster and I would've appreciated a heads up so we could have made other arrangements. I think about this experience almost everyday and never write reviews but they deserve to be called out.
