I’m a first time home buyer feeling like I wasn’t taken seriously by another realtor I was talking to prior to meeting Evelyn. My wife and I recently bought a home with the help of Evelyn Holmes. I had absolutely no idea what I was getting into and asked probably a hundred questions before making any kind of commitment. Evelyn was honest, open and approachable every second of every day of my home-buying process.

She is very clearly knowledgeable about every facet of homeownership, home-buying, and even house hunting. She kept me constantly clued in for things to look for, things to be aware of, tips and tricks for moving forward with owning a home, and techniques used in home sales to increase value.

That's not even mentioning my incredibly hectic work schedule that she seamlessly worked around. I would contact Evelyn at odd hours all the time with small, unimportant questions that she would quickly respond to with detailed answers. She never brushed off anything or disregarded my questions and treated me with honesty, patience and respect. She was always right there with whatever we needed whenever we needed it.

The first thing Evelyn did was work out what my wife and I wanted in a home, and then she built huge lists of homes in my price range with our wants within a day. I will be the first to tell you that I did not give her a lot to go off of, and she still somehow managed to take what little I gave her and created a huge list of wonderful homes that were all close fits for me. Evelyn updated this list almost daily with new homes until we found the one we loved and bought. She helped us plan out future projects, and made sure we were well aware of options going forward.

None of this is to even mention the fact how obvious it was that she genuinely cared about my wife and I finding the right home for us. Above all else, I felt like Evelyn was looking out for my wife and I first and foremost. Every bit of feedback we received from her was honest, upfront, and clearly explained.

Prior to buying a home, I had always heard horror stories of the process, as I think everyone else has. I experienced literally nothing negative with Evelyn. There wasn't a single moment in time where I doubted her, questioned her judgment, or wished that I'd gone with a different agent.

There are very few people in the world who both genuinely care for the customer and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times; Evelyn Holmes is one of the few who can perform her work with the utmost authenticity and expertise.

Evelyn recently helped my husband and I purchase our first home. She was dedicated to finding us our perfect home and was there to answer whatever questions we had. Although she was across the country, we knew she was only a call away. Evelyn made sure that this was a stress free process for us. She’s extremely hard working and my husband and I are so thankful we had her as our realtor.
