My family and I have been with Allstate for years and have been very satisfied. However when Evelyn Puerto bought the business recently. the quality of service has declined significantly. They don’t return calls, or emails, they can’t tell you what type of coverage you have when you ask, there’s no one that can answer questions. They don’t send confirmations when you renew your policy, and it goes on and on. So much so that I’ve been switching my policies to other brokers as they come due. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this brokerage.

Claims process is awful. No one returns calls or follows up timely. Our agent’s office is minimally helpful… I never once heard from my actual agent for 4 yrs! Always talked to his office manager. Happened to find out by accident that he had sold his agency to a new agent by going onto the mobile app and seeing her picture. Have not been contacted by the new agent to announce the change which apparently happened months ago. I have been a premium paying customer for 20 yrs. I would hope we could get a little service
