Excellent service delivered by Event Helpers LA! My husband and I were absolutely amazed at the cradle-to-grave care the staff delivered; from Giovanni making a follow-up call to my initial request to Cindy informing me that Tony and Areli would be working at our event—we can't say enough how pleased we were. Tony and Areli were absolutely outstanding! Our anniversary reception would not have been a success without the dedication, professionalism, and sincerity they delivered to not only us as host, but also to our guests. Thank you Gustavo, Giovanni, Cindy, Tony and Areli once again for the 5-star service you delivered! I would highly recommend Event Helpers LA to others as I can not wait to work with you all again in the future!

We recently used Event Helpers LA for an outdoor party and were thoroughly impressed. Service captain Tony delivered exemplary service, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Jimena was excellent in her service and created visually stunning charcuterie, cheese, and vegetable boards that delighted our guests. The bartenders were friendly, efficient, and professional. The venue included a food truck at the front of the house, as well as a bar and additional food stations in the backyard. The attention to detail in each of the different entertainment areas and the level of service provided helped to make our event special. Highly recommend!

I cannot begin to express how happy I was with Event Helpers LA. Tony was the team member assigned to my event. We had 20 guests. He was a true blessing to work with. With the amount of stress I had leading up to the day of the event, Tony was able to immediately relieve me from that pressure. What an incredible experience it was having him be a part of our event. All my guests were also amazed with how quick and attentive he was. I will absolutely be using Event Helpers LA for all my events.
