I was referred here by a friend and all I can say is I wish I would have found Dr. Thiel MUCH MUCH sooner!! He genuinely cares & I feel he really listens. He is friendly and professional. He is providing the care I’ve so desperately needed and more in just 3 appointments than what I received from my past Orthopedic Doctor over the last 1.5 years. As far as the clinic goes, the office space is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff and Dr. Thiel’s Assistant are very helpful and friendly too.
Unfortunately, couldn't even make it to see the Doctor due to the poor professionalism of the family medicine receptionist. I came in about 5 minutes early to my appointment and was told I would need to reschedule because I would need to be there 30 minutes prior to fill out paperwork. There was no one at waiting area.
Does it take 30 minutes to fill out paperwork?
If it does why not send it through email prior to the appointment instead of making people take an extra 30 minutes away from work?
