Extremely incompetent company, incapable of logical thinking or processing paperwork. Sending debt collection attempts out CLEARLY without reading through the packet or investigating the case thoroughly. The paperwork they sent my family CLEARLY shows that we are not responsible for the vehicle anymore via the date and time the report of sale was made. Even the DMV acknowledges that they should not have sent out this paperwork or even attempt to collect a false debt.
After 2-3 months of waiting, I finally hear back that they will be dismissing my case because the place that submitted it did not reply back from what i stated above. raising this to 2 stars.
My experience with this company was short and I debated posting this review. Ultimately it boiled down to the first woman I spoke to was understanding and guilty of no faults except for dropping an information bomb on me.
The second person I spoke to was a male whose name starts with A. He was extremely rude, opinionated, and apathetic. I got my bill pulled from collections because of a misunderstanding and I feel much better about it.
Collections is not a happy business but as a victim of circumstance, the male I mentioned whose name ends in Y should not be in customer service.
