Even if you chose to go here, read the other negative reviews closely, they have a lot of important things to look for to be careful with them. I had a terrible car buying experience here. There may be good people at this dealership, but Gary and Chet are not a part of that group. I had multiple times I asked for something in email and it was never sent to me. When I signed my paperwork the first time (yes, note I had to sign multiple times), there was a scratch on a part that was an added accessory that I paid extra for and I was told they would see what they can do. Then when they put the wrong VIN on my paperwork and I had to go back in again, they told me they would see what they can do (learn for me, don’t sign your paperwork unless you have everything exactly the way you want it, because they don’t care about you once you sign). After getting jerked around for a while, I finally got a hold of the GM that left right after that, and magically I was told the part was ordered by the salesman and they would “take care of it for me”. After waiting another 2 weeks, I never heard back and I finally reached out again and was told the part as in and the service department should have reached out by he would check on it first thing. Then I waited about another week and at that point, I received a letter in the mail from a towing company that the car I had traded into Evergreen had been impounded and was still in my name and still had my plates on it (other dealerships have handled the plates and title paperwork in the past, apparently they don’t and don’t tell you that). Turns out the part was never ordered nor was it in, so I was lied to twice. They finally ordered the part and I was going on a trip, and the manager Chet asked me when my trip was and he told me he would make sure it would get done before my trip. I then got a call from service to schedule and the service person offered me a day on my trip and then when I told him I was going on a trip and it had to be done before that, he sounded both surprised by that and like it was going to be really hard to make that happen. If I were a manager that saw how many mistakes we had made to this point (a team of mine that I managed would never make that many mistakes), I would make 100% sure my service guy knew the story and that I had promised it by a certain day. When the part finally came in and they fixed it, they gave me the wrong keys when I went to pick it my car. They never even really apologized to me about anything and the person that identified himself as the manager in charge (I didn’t catch him name unfortunately) seemed to care less both times I had to deal with him (when I came in with the impound letter and when I was given the wrong keys). They didn’t even offer me anything other than “we will fill your gas tank”. One final note, the extended warranty they try to sell you is not Ford’s, its some 3rd party company. They only offer the actual Ford one if you demand it.
