Only reason thile 5 star rating is because of Brenda. She's the service writer in first position as you walk into service department. Incredible asset to the operations of that service facility. Each and every time I've had issues with these dually's, she busted tail doing whatever necessary to get vehicle back to me ASAP! Thanks 😊 It's extremely important and helpful to have a service writer that will do the necessary legwork involved to complete the job in a timely manner. She's someone that will go to bat for you! She deserves the review.
Definitely not because Ford makes great Super Duty diesel trucks! Two thumbs down!
They replaced the air bag on my 2007 Ranger under recall. Did transmission, differential and cooling service. Changed out spark plugs and wires. Running great now everything done to my expectations. Great communication with service adviser. Thank you very much!
