Devin Quinn with Evergreen Home Loans is my preferred lender. He is an amazing problem solver and at the top of my list for lenders that know their stuff. I am a Realtor and recommend him to my buyers.. But I also have used Devin for multiple personal purchases and so have my parents and other close family and friends. The whole Dorman Team (which is the Puyallup Location) is amazing! Not just great at doing business but great humans. That show up and really care for their clients, community and anyone they come in contact with. The very best at what they do! Worth giving them a call!

Devin and Jami have been an amazing help the last 3 weeks. I just called one day needing answers on where to start and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome of the conversation. Devin has been nothing but attentive and amazing during this whole experience, he listened to what we needed and what our budget was and he went working from there. No matter what time of the day he would answer his phone and put my mind at ease with my questions. When we got to the part of an underwriter Jami was amazing she helped navigate us in what we needed to do and was so kind with everything. The whole team is amazing here from calling the front desk and speaking to Melinda to all the way of sending an email and call congratulating us on closing our first home purchase in just 3 weeks! They really are like a family unit through this all.

Devin Quinn, and his whole team have been amazing to work with! From the get-go, he was upfront, honest, determined, and definitely worked for me, I mean he researched for me, patiently answered all my mundane questions, and provided thorough information just to be safe. He really wanted my business and it showed in a positive way, not just a greedy corporate maneuver. I really appreciated his attention to detail, especially his follow-ups on every step of the way.
