Great service. A++. I scheduled for a mailbox lock replacement. Showed up 10 minutes before scheduled time. Drilled out the old lock and replaced with a new one. Very professional.

Arrived quickly and worked even quicker! Only 15 mins passed between my phone call with the locksmith and getting back into my car. Excellent service. Fast and affordable.

We lost our mailbox key so called to have the lock redone. I asked the cost and was told $29.99 for the lock + Labor. The guy said he would be here in 30 minutes, showed up at 50 minutes and was driving extremely fast down our street. Passed our house twice, again driving extremely fast then the third time stopped. Called and said he was here and my husband went out to meet him. When my husband went out, he was on a call and held up his finger to wait. My husband came back inside to “wait”. After about 10 minutes my husband went back out there and the guy was off the phone. The lock he installed is short so the door moves a lot and he said he didn’t have any long locks. Went to pay the bill and it was $300!!! Asked for a breakdown and he said he would send me the invoice which I never got. Called back to the office for them to tell me it is up to the technician on what they charge. I would not use again!
