Bought a battery for my cartridges. Didn’t work out of the box. Wasn’t aware return policy was only seven days. I was past like 7 days. But I expected them to be understanding as it is not a consumable product like edibles or weed. It’s brand new in the box. The cashier helping me was great that’s the reason for two stars. I Asked to speak to a manager. Manager was present and did give me the time of day.

Oh man, I LOVED everything about this place! Super friendly staff. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Some of the friendliest and nicest people I ran into in WA while I was visiting. Placed my order online while waiting at the dealership for an oil change. Very convenient. I was able to browse the website and make my selections easily. Stopped by the bank on the way for cash but they do have an ATM available at the dispensary. Took about 5 mins to walk in and pick up my order. My cashier was awesome!! Scratched it off my bucket list 😁 Definitely recommend shopping with them! Quality was pretty amazing!
