This place needs to fix a lot. They have a gate they card you through which is weird to start then all the employees are on IPads so they don’t know who to help next they have ask everyone standing there in the room who’s next. No line to keep track of who’s next instead everyone looks at each not sure. Until you put in an order with them on a iPad so you then can go stand in line to get it. Pretty stupid process! Plus their prices are higher than most shops. I guess they have to pay for the over use of technology just to look cool and high tech but it doesn’t help the business! Your just paying extra to look cool.

The store is always clean, looks great, and has great selection. Prices are pretty average and not super high. They have deals though and a nice point system.
Only thing is that its pretty hit or miss on the bud tender who helps you. I have had really great experiences there where they are super kind. Then I have had really weird experiences like yesterday where the person seemed...threatened? Or shut off? Idk maybe she was having a bad day but it went sideways and I think she cautioned another customer not to talk to me like I was a threat. Left me with a pretty weird feeling of what the heck did I do?
I will still go back and hope to just not run into her.

Been coming to this shop for the past year and always admired the service and the discounted items. Today was an unusual day. Was at the shop the other day and was told that i had a total of a thousand points racked up. Got there to get some and was told i did not have anymore points, bummer! I will stop shopping there now!!!!!
