The front desk lady is unwelcoming, very rude, unprofessional conduct both in person as well as on the phone. This is my second experience w/ her unprofessionalism. Therapist was generally unwelcoming, little direction, so very uncomfortable, I should have left. Further this was the worse, lowest quality and most unskilled massage I’ve ever received, that part alone was appalling; I had I idea what she was trying to do. I wanted to leave the minute I walked into this place, there is just an unease vibe. Further, COVID screen questions were asked AFTER I was already brought back into the massage room. His should be done over the phone when you pull up or at least at the front desk, rather than have potential COVID (+) ppl trailing through the entire place and treatment room!! Another turn off, used linen on the floor of the front lobby sitting area…for all to see. Good thinking. I was there a gift card, so perhaps this is their work ethic. I have a second gift card and I don’t think I could get paid to return.

The staff was friendly and very sweet and social. Unfortunately though, I don't feel I got my money's worth. I arrived around 15 minutes early to my 5pm appt and filled out paperwork. I waited a few minutes before being brought to my room and then a good few minutes after undressing for my masseuse to return. I didn't think to check my phone for the actual time my massage began. As I previously said, my masseuse was super sweet and friendly, but along with the chatting she often stopped massaging to talk with her hands. She also massaged very, very lightly which was not my cup o' tea. I checked my phone as I got dressed and it was exactly 6pm.
Whether or not you find that nit-picking is up to you, but at nearly $100 for an hour, I felt I didn't get my money's worth.

Really horrible place and really bad service. My dad had an appointment made 4 days ago and today I took him up stuck in traffic and the reception made zero effort to call to let us know they are out of network when she should have check before made the appointment. They she told us when we arrive “I’m sorry the person who massage you is out of your network” I didn’t know masseuse have different networks... hate this type of place.
