Lack good customer service. Slow to acknowledge my presence. When my wife went, she stood waiting for 20 minutes while staff ignored her, gave up and and went elsewhere. It's a small space with no waiting chairs so it seems like you would have to work at avoiding eye contact for this long. I got my glasses here because my MD said they have higher quality lenses. Paid almost $600, but wish I hadn't. I asked for some tint because I am sensitive to bright light, but the tint is much darker than I expected. It would have been nice if they had shown me some samples. Then I wouldn't have made this mistake. Finally, they did not take time to fit the glasses to my face and offered no mirror so I could look to see how they fit. When I got home, my wife thought they were sunglasses because of the tint and said they looked crooked. I looked in the mirror. Indeed they are noticeably crooked both from side to side and up and down. Quite obvious actually and I will have to go back to get them properly fitted. I am also continually pushing them back up into position because they keep sliding down my nose. Either they just don't care or the staff is not receiving proper training. Now I remember I got glasses here years ago because they are located right next to my eye doctor and I had a similar experience. I feel foolish for repeating my experience and wish I had gone to Costco, where I got much more professional service from a better trained staff, paid less, and didn't have these problems. I don't know about the quality of the lenses. I don't like writing a review like this, but feel like I should warn others.
