Evergreen Physical Therapy

I can't believe I wasted my time here. I got the worse care for me in the world. They said a few time its family owned so I would'nt want to know their family. They liked my money but didn't care about me at all. I reccommend going somepalce else!!!!

I have gotten the care I need here. Jay Smith discerned what I needed and based his therapy accordingly. I go once a week, but wish I could go more often. Insurance pays all but my copay.

Very knowledgeable and very friendly staff. They helped me with some scheduling problems on my part and was very kind about rearranging things for me. They have all the equipment and techniques to made you well again!!! Great job Evergreen P/T!!
