Keeping in mind that buying a house is easily one of the largest investments I'll ever make, I wanted to get it right, so I didn't think twice about getting an inspection. I chose Evergreen Property Inspection based on their stellar Google reviews and now I know why their clients are so happy. This was hands down the most informative and helpful home inspection I've had done, and although I wanted to say that it was invaluable the truth is I can place a value on it because it saved me $10k on the purchase price of the house!

Sean @ Evergreen, is a consummate professional. He was thorough, answered all of my questions and concerns and was friendly and approachable. Personally having some experience in the construction field myself, it is clear to me that Sean has a high level of knowledge in his field. I would not hesitate recommending him to friends and family!!

Sean was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He patiently and meticulously explained every note in his report as he took them, as well as recommending courses of action and even repair professionals. Made a first-time home buyer much more comfortable with a major decision. I can't recommend this service highly enough.
