Staff us very rude to their residents and are often high on drugs very snarky and rude to the residents and me as a guest seems as if they look for confrontation with not only the resident but also me as a guest

I asked for a call back over a week ago from Dan. No response! So yesterday I stopped by. He wasn’t there but the gal didn’t want to give me any information, it seemed like it was too much work! She told me to go outside and talk to this gentleman. Him and this gal were smoking! Didn’t even pause their smoking while talking to me. Of course, smoke was coming my way. How disrespectful and unprofessional. Not to mention the place wasn’t even clean. I’d think twice before placing a loved one there!!!!
