The people I talked to where nice but the communication around plan changes was terrible, there was no communication.
I had a septic tank pumping scheduled for a Friday I was working from home, no one showed up or called. I called on Saturday to find out what happened, live person answering service but no one called back (what if my tank was overflowing/broke) Then I called again on Monday (not first thing, they had a chance to call me) and there was some excuse of it being scheduled on the 16th not the 6th. 16th never would have worked with my schedule so I gave them a 2nd chance for the 17th.
Once again, no one showed up, no calls. I called on the 18th and again an excuse, this time the truck was full. May be but again no one told me so I was waiting for them. I won't give them a 3rd chance.
