I had them out to pump my septic system. When I called I was able to schedule a date and time for the pumping to happen. Of course they told me it was a rough estimate and things could change throughout the day. I get that and understand that. When the technician arrived to pump the system he told me there was an issue with it and I needed a technician, he would schedule one for me if I wanted. I told him no as I don’t like doing anything “immediately” after it’s suggested by a company. When I called back to schedule the technician appointment to identify and fix the issue, I was told they don’t schedule times or even time ranges for these people to come out. I have to sit home ALL DAY and that’s just the way it is. Terrible customer service and the $1200 I spent on them pumping my system was wasted on this business. Do not patron them until they find a little better way of accounting for our time as the people who pay their wages.
Charged us to fix their mistake; we have stopped using them.
The good: good prices and service for pumping. The bad: We had them replace our pump and when the pump started causing multiple alarms on a daily basis because they didn’t zip-tie it to the pipe causing the alarm to tip over and go off they charged us to come out and fix their mistake. $140 down the drain because they didn’t do it right in the first place.
