Not enough stars! I started going to evergreen as PT for a knee injury, and I never stopped going. As a women, it's amazing to go to a gym and feel welcomed and find community, instead of being met with stares from creepy gym jocks. I love being able to strength train and work on things im not good at or don't feel strong on, and have the space and encouragement to feel comfortable trying. I can 100% feel how much stronger I've gotten through the sports I do, and that alone has been so worth it! Training my uper body and core has helped my skiing, biking, and running- I feel so much more solid when skiing/biking steeps. The coaches are bad a$$, the gym is clean and cozy, and the community is unparalleled.

This place rocks; the coaches, the people, every class makes you a better athlete. I also love the social aspect of this vibrant community and have new friends here too.

This is a very friendly gym with wonderful instructors. I am just beginning again with my fitness goals and everyone was so helpful. I did not feel judged despite my lack of fitness at this time. This gym welcomes everyone and gives you the support needed to meet your goals. Give it a try!
