Be aware of this place!!! Many RED flags! Starting with the WRONG diagnosis, and pushing to do unwarranted surgery (tongue & lip tie) . We went to two doctors and both said our baby’s health is excellent!
2nd, the lactation specialist “Melissa” was unprofessional and crossed the line multiple times.
It was a horrible experience. This place is a bloody business and has nothing to do with providing care!!!
I don’t understand the negative reviews, I definitely recommend them. They are the best support a mom needs after birth! I personally don’t know how I could breast feed my baby without their help. They are amazing! Most insurance will cover the consultations, so it totally worth it. I really needed someone’s support and help on my breastfeeding journey while working full time. Their support made me feel like I was not alone. They are great with scheduling appointments, giving consultations on the phone and spending enough time to make sure we are comfortable with either breastfeeding or not. I was successful in breastfeeding my son for a year (as it is recommended), they gave me the best advice on both start breastfeeding and wean the baby while he was 11 months old.
