Update: The front desk error I wrote about appears to be a genuine case of dropped balls during a particularly busy morning. Since that error, the staff went above and beyond to find me a next-day appointment. Also, they collected the lab samples on the same day just so that I would not need to fast another day.
Original review:
The person at the front desk forgot to click submit while checking me in. I sat in the waiting room for over 50 minutes and then asked about the delay. They apologized for the error; but said my appointment for the day was cancelled as a no-show and gave me a choice: Either see an RN instead of an MD or make another appointment for another day.
Do NOT trust the staff at the front desk.
