Two out of three salespeople were unkind the evening of 12/16/23 and made my partner and I feel unwelcome in the store and stupid for asking basic questions. I do like their clothes and was even wearing their clothes in the store as they were being rude and talking down to me. Would recommend shopping online with Everlane online and avoiding this store

Not sure why this store has mixed reviews. My experiences have been positive so far. Wonderful customer service. The staff are friendly, very attentive and check in at the fitting room at a reasonable occurrence. I had some confusion about some of my orders and the staff were able to resolve it. The staff can put together carts for you and order online directly from the store. As a predominately online Everlane customer I love having a nearby store location to try products on

Everlane is hands down one of my favorite brands. I have been to this location before but yesterday’s experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. The young woman who rung me up was polite and engaging with the customer in front of me but did not greet me and seemed merely irritated at my presence. I also got home and looked at my receipt to find out that she did not apply the 25% discount for the Supima cotton rib tanks advertised by the register (which is why I added last minute). Unlikely to make the drive from south Seattle for that experience and will likely stick to online shopping.
