I started going to Everyday Strength almost three years ago. My wife was looking to join a gym, and I tagged along. I am so happy that I did. It has been a life-changing experience. I always thought I was in good physical shape because I enjoyed outdoor activities like hiking and mountain bike riding. I have a home gym and regularly lift weights.
