Great customer service. Helpful, skilled, and friendly employees. My glasses broke, and they let me borrow a loaner pair. Also adjusted my new pair for free! Will definitely be returning here for my eye care needs, and would recommend to friends and family.

I have bought two sets of frames here and have always received excellent service. Unlike other stores, they don’t tell you to look around the store and try some frames. They sit you down, take a look at you, and get a smaller selection of frames that they know will actually look good on you. And they give you their honest opinion. I have never needed more than 30 minutes to get the perfect frames and have gotten lots of compliments on my frames over the years. I see some comments about them not being approved providers for their insurance. That was the case for me, too, but it doesn’t stop me from coming here. My $150 insurance benefit doesn’t even completely cover my lenses, so I get my frames at Everything In Sight and the lenses through my approved provider. Yes, that means making two separate visits, but it’s worth it to get the great service and perfect frames.

Just bought my second pair of glasses here, and never want to buy anywhere else. The customer service is outstanding. They always remember me, where I work, etc. They're incredibly helpful and honest when it comes to helping you pick out the perfect pair. If there's any kind of problem, they'll fix it, no hassle at all. The atmosphere in the shop is so warm and friendly you won't even want to leave. I honestly wish every business was like this one!
