2 of the 3 J1772 chargers are physically broken. The level 3 charger has a Tesla plug & a CCS plug, neither work right now. I've visited this charger 7 times over the last 6 months, it was non functional 5 of 7 times.
First few times we used this charger was great but this third time was a bit frustrating.
The app shows the quick charger with the CSS and CHADeMO and Tesla connectors ready and the regular chargers as out of service.
But in fact the quick 50W charger only has the CHADeMO connector working but not the CSS or Tesla connectors. And the level 2 regular chargers were working at the charger itself but not in the app.
Luckily I had the card to tap and charge on the regular chargers but I can't check my charge levels with the app as it shows them out of service. Also the particular level 2 charger I'm using, the locking mechanism doesn't work.
It's too bad that they haven't been maintaining them. As someone visiting from out of state, the app not showing proper updated status of the chargers is very inconvenient.
Other than that, they usually work well and priced moderately, hence 2 stars this time, from 5 stars.
