No standard electric charging. Only fast charging.
Don’t know why a fast charger can’t trickle charger over electric cars :(

So thankful to have this high speed charging station around St Helena! I used a CHAdeMO adaptor to top up the charge on my Tesla without problems. I couldn’t find this place initially based on the GPS, just drive around to the back and you’ll see the stations.

What can I say? This place saved me. It worked-I wish there was more lighting. Vallejo has only 1 place with 2 stations and both nonTesla chargers are out! So..you can use the CPoint at the TC or Mare Island , yes plenty IF YOU HAVE 8 OR MORE HOURS to dedicate to a charge! At 6.5 miles, I'll pass. So, I'd have to go to Hercules AND PAY TOLL. Everyone doesn't drive a Tesla. This has been a major inconvenience. I drive a Chevrolet, the dealership allows charging. Perhaps they all do? I don't know...
