I came into contact with Dan when I was looking to pay the judgement on my past eviction. He was polite on the phone and quick to respond and set up an appointment. When I met with him he was extremely kind and helpful. I contacted him again with a few legal questions and concerns about my case and he was over the top amazing. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to send me some things I needed and did it all out of pure good heart and generosity. I've had some run ins with attorneys that definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and he has really given me faith that there are still good people and good attorneys out there. I have had issues with my current lawyer on an eviction matter. The lawyer has been avoiding me for almost a month after daily attempts to reach him. Dan gave me a call back same day and helped me figure out some possible next steps. Whenever I have to go down this road again, Dan is my first call. Communication is huge for me.
