Customer service was great. Bought a gun that was documented to have problems out the gate, had one of said problems appear with the gun, had a return for store credit made, and bought a more reliable gun with the store credit. All within 3 weeks and during holiday/peak season, so I am really impressed with their customer service.

Got my first airsoft here. Very friendly and helpful people who are always willing to help everyone choose your preferred airsoft or airgun.
