Great phone case and love the service. My shipment was not delivered by post office and they gladly replaced another one immediately. They treated me with first class service.

I'm retracting my previous post due to Evocel recently establishing communication via email explaining that they did try and reach me to resolve this matter. Possibly this was due to a glitch in the system that impeded any direct response..? However, it would be very beneficial if they offered a contact phone number as a backup alternative to avoid any communication issues in the future.

I'm impressed on the high end quality. I always have questioned many companies on their products, I can highly recommend them as I'm happy with the tough heavy duty case I'm using on my iPhone 8 plus.
