If I could give this ZERO stars, I would! I would never recommend this place to anyone! Online shopping is always a risk, but we were sent a pic of a dress that my daughter liked and we decided to order. We were immediately sent an email stating that my daughter needed to send in her measurements and a photo of her hand so that the mesh properly matched her skin tone. This confused me, because the dress came in sizes on the site and we selected a SIZE. Days passed and I inquired about updates and tracking. I was told that since my gown was a part of the bridal collection, that it was custom dress and needed to be made. After two more weeks I asked again and was told that it was a busy season and they didn’t have multiple tailors on the dress. I was assured that the dress would ship on April 6 and arrive on April 9. On April 10 STILL no dress or tracking. I called and was told that my dress and one other customers got sent out in a lot of 40 other dresses. That it got lost, but it had been located and would arrive on April 12. Seriously?? The prom was. April 13! I’m sure anyone know that prom dresses go quickly and the best go first. This is my daughters SENIOR prom. I was then told that due to them not meeting their deadline and the stress caused that the dress would be sent free of charge. At this point, we are assuming what accessories and shoes would match. We also drove to other dress shops to try and find a dress, but no time for alterations and totally picked over. We watched tracking for the two days. On 04/10 the dress was still in China. It made it to our house around 6 pm the night before prom! Not only was it late, it was NOT the dress. Not even close. It was a poorly made stark WHITE dress with silver beading. The corsage and boutonnière had already been purchased with gold accents, more wasted money. So, I was stuck with a white, ill-fitting dress. It was suggested that I go the the store and buy gold fabric dye to dye the dress. THAT was the resolution. I have never been so disheartened and frustrated in my life. This was hands down the worst shopping experience ever. It almost seems as though they just sent anything to appease us and make us feel like they were going to credit the dress. BUYER BEWARE! There was NO resolution. This is a terrible business!! Also, why send a skin tone pic for a white mesh dress?? Ridiculous!
