I was a patient of this lady on my fungus both toes and some other areas 2 years ago, she was an excellent health care professional, unfortunately Magnolia Avenue office closed and I lost contact but now I am happy that I found out the new address; as soon as possible I will make an appointment for my body itches which occured a month ago, heat rash, eczema, or else which I cannot distinguish.
