When no Plumbing Co. or Plumbers were able, willing, or just plain didn't care about our emergency, Exact Plumbing went out of his way to help us. When the main water valve threading was done, we couldn't turn our water back on. He came within an hour, on his normal day off (Sat.). Took Care of it.. He told me he couldn't go on with his day, knowing our situation. Somebody who cares. What a concept... I know have a Plumber for our need if we need one down the road. Thank You Exact!!!!
Our hot water heater was old and finally went out, and we had been without water for a week and a half. I was scrambling to gather estimates on a new one and do research on the best system and brands for our needs. I finally came across Exact Plumbing (wish I had found them first) and everything fell into place.
Jordan took the time over the phone to answer all my questions and was very knowledgable and honest, I felt great about our decision to go to a tankless on-demand hot water system, and the price was right. It was installed 2 days later and we are wondering why we didn't do this earlier - it was all very easy. Jordan was great at communicating with me at all phases of the project, and if we have any further questions or issues in the future, I'm confident they will be very helpful.
