I was at the station on Dec/05/2014 at 5 Pm. Incidentally I left Google Phone on the counter top just to grab some candies from a shelf behind me. I was accompanied with my son. When i finished with payment i have asked only employee who worked about the phone and he mentioned that some lady took the phone and left the shop. When my son told me that he saw that employ took the phone i have ask him to show me the video and we can all overlook what happened. He called the manager who denied my request and suggest to me to call police. I have called local Police in Anaheim who advice me to come in the station and file an report! When i return home at 6Pm i activated Lookout service where i lock my phone and locate that phone is still on that location. Another 12 hours i was scanning to make shore that phone is there since Anaheim is an hour from where i live. Next day on Sunday Dec/07 phone send last signal with e mail to me at 10 25Am 15 minutes before battery died .
I went to the store at around 4Pm on Sunday where owner was present. I have told him the old story. He provide me phone number to contact the manager who will overlook the camera.
Next day on Monday i have called a manager at 9 am and i was promised that she will call me back later today and look the video. No calls at all.... Still waiting....
