I’ve sharpened probably close to 200 items now with these sharpeners and I’ve always had my tools come back in much better shape then they went. I am guilty of blade abuse, but Excalibur has never charged me extra to care for my my awfully kept blades and shears. They always come back packaged very carefully, individually wrapped, and perfectly sharp.
This recent visit I had a special request to have my blades separated for shipping into sections for the different groomers they belonged to. Even though I have no doubt this took extra time and care, it was executed beautifully. I could not be more pleased.
They have also always been patient with my partner, who drops off my tools and knows nothing about grooming or tools. Well done Excalibur! Sad to see you move.
