They didn't work out for me but might work out for you. Both calls with the answering service, and the the call back from the Excel rep seemed focused on basic information gathering for dispatch rather than letting me ask a couple of questions if the job could be done this week. Having worked in customer service for a long time, it irked me. That said, no one was unprofessional in any way, I just couldn't get some questions answered so I decided to go another way.

Excel has been servicing our properties for the past 5 years and do an amazing job. Our technician Edgar is always very thorough with service and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is exceptional. He is a dedicated professional and we are so fortunate that he services our accounts.
