I've been trying to get into their showroom for a few weeks. They don't have their hours/days posted on their website, they don't return voice mail (I've left one), they haven't returned emails (two), and when I did finally get them on the phone they answer with "hello" as if it were a home. Very unprofessional and I'm really frustrated. Their not bothering to post useful contact information means I have to waste another week. Why bother to have an online presence if it's completely misleading?
Hours as posted on Yelp: (Tu, Th, Sat 11-4). Hours as posted on Google Maps: (M, Tu, W, Th, 11-5). Hours as posted on their own freaking site: (No hours posted, just "call").
FYI their "Summer Hours" appear to be "only open on the weekend", though the person on the phone didn't give the actual hours before they hung up.
