I moved into a Condo 2 years ago. I loved the layout and high ceilings in my new space but it was rather “dated” and the kitchen was a definite eyesore. Wasn’t sure how I could afford renovations – we drained our savings account for the down payment and promptly spent over $25K for new floors and skim coating. But it still wasn’t up to par because, well, the kitchen was just ugly. We saved for over a year and started exploring contractors. We got a range of quotes - $18K (clearly too low) to $90K (no way!). We finally met Expo Home and from the start they seemed just right. Not just in terms of pricing but reliability. We had several meetings (with Jacob and Shay) before finalizing the contract and the team was always patient and professional. Jacob was clear on the scope of work and onsite regularly to manage his team. Whenever we called with questions or concerns (no matter how small) he got back to us ASAP. This is the guy you want managing your project – one who won’t disappear once he has your money but who remains engaged and committed to achieving the outcome you want.

My kitchen is stunning (and I’m a picky one)! Seriously, it is magazine worthy. They installed our high-end Thermador appliances effortlessly. The cabinets were installed within a couple of days and look amazing. Mid-project we decided to ditch the idea of a built-in bench and table and we requested a countertop instead. “Sure, no problem” Jacob said. He was reassuring and accommodating with this change (and even a few others). Most of the time, the Expo team worked in our space when my husband and I were at work. Because of Jacob, we trusted the workers completely and Jacob was great at sending photos to show updates. The project was completed within a reasonable time and now, when I enter my kitchen I can’t stop smiling!!

Stop looking for the right contractors and hire these people. Their prices are comparable and quality unsurpassed. If your home is the most important place in the world, trust it to people who care as much as you do. It’s worth every cent.

I was looking for reliable contractor for my kitchen remodel over a month, interviewed about 10 companies and decided to go with Expo Home Design & Remodeling and it was a very good choice. They were real professionals from start to the end of project. They used a highest quality materials and their work was at highest level also.
