I took a brand new, pleated skirt to have the wrinkles removed. I was so grateful that the folx here agreed to have this done, same day. However, when I picked up my skirt, it was ruined! This pleats in the skirt had been completely removed except at the waist of the garmet. When I complained, the young woman at the counter called the person who had done the work. His comments were, "We steamed it, that would happen if you did I at home. You can take back to where you bought it to have the pleats put back in." No offer to refund my money (though, not that much) or to pay for the garment (which I needed for a photo shoot). I gave two stars only because they were expedient, but definitely don't recommend taking delicates here.

Been coming here for several years and have had the occasional issue with a broken button but recently they have burnt a shirt and now they have ripped an expensive dress shirt. I do not recommend! Drive to Manteca or Livermore to use a quality dry cleaner.
