I was actually really looking forward to working with them. However, after speaking with Aziza, I quickly came to find out that she was violating the privacy rights of an old colleague of mine and leaking information to me about my old colleague, which I had no idea about.
Furthermore, she had inquired about her personal information which by law had no legal right in inquiring about. Immediately after my phone call with Aziza, I spoke with Christine and expressed the information about her that Aziza reiterated to me without my asking for it.
I then emailed Aziza and informed her that I choose to no longer work with this staffing agency with the fear that they may very well leak my personal information to someone else too. I politely asked her to confirm when my social security number as well as my banking information is deleted from their systems and she has yet to confirm that. She has continually gone around the question in her responses.
At this point I may need to report them to the government and explain to them what happened.
Express employment has a wonderful staff. First time going to the office today and it was an amazing experience. If anybody's reading this and you're looking for a job. I really hope you try them out. I look forward to working with them and hope that I find a career that fits my lifestyle. Also, for those who made comments that were negative, we all make mistakes sometimes and sometimes things don't work out, but I just want to encourage each and every one of you that there's always an opportunity for each one of us to be able to find something that we enjoy and hope to call the place home where it meets our needs for each one of our lifestyles. So I hope you do give them another chance, they are wonderful people who are working hard to satisfy the need for their customers as well as their employees,in this type of economy, it is very difficult and I do wish them the best as well as everyone that is looking for a career.
