I have worked with Express Employment Agency for several years in different cities and I have never had such a bad experience as I did with the one in Walla Walla. You're told that they are there to help everyone find work and that everyone has a fair chance at the work that week, but is it really fair to send out a text for a job to everyone at once and it's first come only! What if you are working and can't pick up your phone or you do get the text and even though you pick it up on the first ping and say yes I'll take it and it's filled within a few minutes and your told sorry first come gets the job. How is that fair that the same people are getting the work. I understand that there isn't a lot of work and that everyone is struggling but why is it so hard as a Employment Agency to find a rotating system that allows everyone to have a chance to work.
