My son sees daisy and she is amazing we are so happy we met her. She’s so kind and sweet, she works wonderful with my son who is a special need child.

My child's speech therapist was always a few minutes late to begin our sessions. I asked for any recommended reading or information and never received any parent education or support for what I could try doing at home to help my child's speech development. They had barely any toys, and what they did have, my child wasn't interested in. I remember asking if they had other toys that my child could play with during the sessions, and they said they would look into it. They also tried to change our weekly appointment time after our first session, which with a child with special needs, we have a packed schedule and we chose the appointment time we agreed on for a reason, thankfully we did get to keep our appointment time. But when I asked questions, the two receptionists seemed to lack efficient communication with one another to give me a timely answer to simple questions. After 3 appointments, we knew we needed to find a different speech provider. That being said, they handled our discharge very professionally and quickly, which I do greatly appreciate. So, I'm giving 3 stars because I think they are likely a good speech provider, but they were not the right fit for us. If you are in the area, they are still worth trying. I'm just hoping my criticism will be taken constructively and used to better the practice, and better serve those who receive speech therapy and their families.
