I had such a good experience. I had Pedro help me yesterday and help me find clothes for my fiance and today Wendy helped me get it all together and explain different styles of pants and shirts. I was able to get everything I needed my fiance. Thank you for you beyond good customer service.

There was a mix-up with part of my transaction, and I was never emailed a receipt. Kevin took the time to retrace my receipt in their system (even though another employee told me it couldn't be done), and was super helpful with correcting my transaction! Thank you for the amazing customer service Kevin!!

I always like their suits, but one day I was returning one of the suit, which I ordered online, it didn't look nice on me. So i tried to return, but sales person seem they aren't liking it that I'm returning, they were finding excuses, u wore the suit, it smell parfumerie, but suit was brand new there was no smell, all tag are included, I returned it the day I received it. So I would suggest, stop blaming the customer, and improve your customer service.
