This shop is located inside of the West Covina Plaza. The parking is easy if you park in the big parking structure in the back of the mall. On Black Friday every year, the whole store has an incredible 50% off deal! I have been coming to this special event every year and I have been very happy for the jeans, sweaters and belts, cosmetics...I bought over there! This store is trendy, good quality, wealthy of the higher price you pay, since you will look good when you go out and people will notice that those clothes are not cheap.

April 6, 2019 There was one person at the registers and four on the floors. Of the four on the floor I know the two on charge can work the register. There were two of us in line and they never opened another register. Then one of the Supervisors answered the phone, and she was rude and sarcastic to the caller. There rest of the employees that are nice. But these two in charge need some serious customer service attitude training because it dosen't seem like they like their job. I been a customer for about 20 years, the quality of the clothes has really gone down and prices are outrageously high.
