I loooove express, their clothes are quality and always a great fit. I wish they would lower the prices just a bit but I'll be a customer for life.

Easily the rudest Express staff I've ever been "helped" by. I was askedif I was finding everything okay and asked if I could get a fitting room started- he made this eye roll, prissy face at me and then threw the clothes into the dressing room and I had to sift through them all piled up. The girl that rang me out barely said two words to me. As I finished up, I said, "I hope you have a good day" and she didn't even acknowledge it. Don't waste your time here when there's an Express at every mall.
