I had grab bars installed in 2 tubs and a shower all lined with subway tile. Mike Dang did an excellent job not only with the perfect installation but with great advice about safety. From my first inquiry he was responsive and was very patient with my need for reschedules. And he left everything tidy and clean!

After a sewage mitigation project involving insurance, we contacted Mike at Exquisite Homes for the reconstruction phase of a daylight basement apartment. We had originally planned to use the firm that provided the estimate (and on our insurance's list) but after no action on their part for months, our daughter got us in touch with Mike who she contacted before we hired the other contractor. The reason I provide all this background is because of the contrast between the two. Mike immediately responded and was able to complete the project in a timely manner, within budget and with high quality. My husband had done much of this work in the past and is very picky. He was extremely satisfied with the quality of Mike and his crew's work. Mike is an amazing communicator. He responds quickly, via text or email (my preferred methods but he also quickly returned calls). He arrived on time (and one time let us know he would be late due to traffic). He works quickly and on one project at a time (which allows him to finish the projects quickly and efficiently. He is also a great problem solver and helped us find cost effective solutions. He is very knowledgable and does much of the work himself. He let us know where he did not have the expertise and we needed to bring in an expert. He is very personable and we plan to use him again.
