Recently had my storage unit broken into. Although the lady at the front desk and sympathetic about the whole situation, there was no accountability in their part. I was told that a manager would reach out to me and was handed an insurance claim pamphlet, never got a call back from management by the way. The whole ordeal was so unpleasant and extremely disappointing.

The ladies were absolutely wonderful today . My sister was in a bind and needed a unit asap . I drove over there walked in explained what she needed . By the time we were finished with the contract the moving truck pulled in . So quick and friendly people too !!
